Stiff split set
The major upgrade of pipe joint anchor technology, through the clever "pre-grouting" design, not only retains the genes of traditional friction anchors of "instant support and quick installation", but also makes up for its shortcomings of relatively low anchoring force and dependence on lithology for long-term durability, achieving the "1+1>2" effect. It is suitable for modern mine roadways and tunnel projects that have high requirements for support strength, installation speed and construction safety.
The rock mass quality that can be supported per meter of anchoring length is approximately 3-4 times that of an ordinary friction anchor rod.
It is a true "one-time bolt connection solution", eliminating the need for multiple steps such as inserting cartridges, mixing, and waiting for curing, as required with resin bolts.
It provides a genuine, high-performance alternative to resin bolt, especially in situations where rapid support and high load-bearing capacity are required.
